What services do you provide?
We provide non-medical home support services including companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, respite care, light housekeeping, transportation assistance, overnight support, dementia support, and family communication.
Are your caregivers screened?
Yes. We take caregiver screening seriously and follow a process that may include interview, reference checks, background checks, orientation, and ongoing supervision.
Do you provide medical or nursing care?
Our current services are non-medical home support. If a client requires regulated nursing or medical care, we recommend appropriate healthcare professionals and may coordinate with authorized providers when needed.
Can families receive updates?
Yes. With proper authorization, we communicate with designated family members about schedules, visits, concerns, and changes in care needs.
Do you respect culture and faith?
Yes. We respect each client's culture, faith, food preferences, prayer practices, language, traditions, and personal choices.
Do you offer 24/7 care?
Care can be arranged for daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday support depending on availability and client needs.
