Caregiver Screening
Caregivers are screened before being assigned to clients. Screening may include references, background checks, experience review, interview, and orientation.
Orientation & Training
Caregivers are trained in dignity, communication, documentation, safety, cultural and faith respect, and family communication standards.
Personalized Care Plans
Every client receives a care plan that outlines support needs, preferences, risks, routines, and family instructions.
Incident Reporting
Concerns such as falls, injuries, safety hazards, missed visits, or unusual changes are documented and reported according to company procedures.
Quality Reviews
We review care plans, family feedback, documentation, and service quality to improve care over time.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and shared only with authorized individuals for appropriate care and service purposes.
